How does a manure spreader work?

The spreader is easy to handle. It is unloaded by moving the front wall and part of the floor. In the first step the rear wall of the spreader opens. A hydraulic cylinder moves half the bottom with the front wall, moving the load backwards.

Manure spreader – spreading mechanism

The spreading mechanism in the manure spreader is driven by the PTO. The spreader can operate at speeds between 540 rpm and 1000 rpm. The large diameter of the rollers allows for an even spreading of manure. In the lower part of rollers there are discs for spreading lime and dust manure. The rear wall of the spreader is equipped with a rubber seal to protect its tightness. The advantages of our spreader include:

• uniform load box with additional reinforcement of the closed profiles,
• two-stage full ejection system, with movable platform section,
• possibility to dose the load
